SEGO Initiative is a grassroots nonprofit connecting communities through hands-on environmental action, education, and sustainability-focused programs. 

Their initiatives include:

  • Environmental Action: Organising large-scale beach cleanups and community-led conservation activities. 

  • Education & Awareness: Promoting sustainability through citizen science, art, and public programs.

  • Community Engagement: Bringing together families, students and coporate volunteers through shared experiences. 

  • Land & Sea projects: Supporting both costal conservation and organic farming initiatives.

Seibo

Seibo is a nonprofit organization providing school meals to children in Malawi, using food as a pathway to improved education, health and long-term opportunities. 
Their initiatives include:
 

  • School Feeding Programs: Delivering daily meals to children, supporting education, nutrition, and attendance.

  • Education & Development: Enabling children to access learning and build a foundation for the future.

  • Social Business Model: Funding activities through ethical business initiatives such as fair-trade coffee.

  • Global Collaboration: Working with communities , colunteers, and partners across Japan and Malawi.

Tochigi Conservation Corps

Tochigi Conservation Corps (TCC) is dedicated to conserving and managing forests in the Tochigi region. Their efforts include:

  • Forest Management: Improving forest health and biodiversity.

  • Climate Action: Enhancing forests' CO2 absorption.

  • Environmental Quality: Improving air and water quality.

  • Disaster Resilience: Creating disaster-resistant environments.

  • Community Engagement: Involving volunteers and educating children.

YouMeWe

YouMeWe is a Tokyo-based nonprofit supporting teenagers in institutional care to transition into independent adulthood through education, mentorship , and career readiness programs. 

Their initiatives include:

  • Transition to Independence: Supporting youth as they prepare to leave care at 18 and move into education or employment.

  • Skills Development: Providing digital literacy, communication, and financial skills for real-world success.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Offering personalized guidance and long-term support for each young person. 

  • Education & Career Pathways:  Helping students access university, technical training and meaningful employment.

Mirai No Mori

Mirai no Mori is a nonprofit organization delivering life-changing outdoor programs for abused, neglected, and orphaned children in Japan, supporting their growth into confident and independent young adults. 

Their initiatives include:

  • Outdoor Experiential Programs: Hosting camps and outdoor activities year-round that foster personal growth through immersive nature experiences. 

  • Life Skills Development: Providing safe spaces for marginalized youth ages 6 and up to build resilience, confidence, and independence through hands-on learning. 

  • Mentorship from Diverse Role Models: Connecting children with positive, diverse role models to inspire their future dreams and build trusting relationships. 

  • Long-term Support: Providing a support network that allows youth to feel a sense of belonging and stay connected even after leaving the care home system.

Japan Children's Hospice Association

To support children's hospice organizations in strengthening their foundations and gaining community backing, the organization focuses on several key areas:

  • Information Sharing: Providing essential information to children's hospice organizations.

  • Awareness: Raising awareness about children’s palliative care and hospices.

  • Events: Organizing discussion and training events.

  • Support: Offering financial and non-financial support.

  • Research: Conducting surveys and research.

  • Advocacy: Advocating for children’s palliative care and hospices.

  • Engagement: Engaging in various activities to achieve organizational goals.
