CURRENT TEAM MEMBER OPENINGS:
Graphic Designer - Key Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing content for Yamathon and IVG Japan’s social media, website, and promotional materials.
Create branding assets, event posters, and other marketing materials for Yamathon and IVG Japan.
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
Collaborate with the team to meet content and branding needs.
Adapt designs to different formats and platforms (print, digital).
Web Content Manager - Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update content on Yamathon and IVG Japan websites (WiX).
Ensure the content is engaging, accurate, and aligns with the brand’s messaging.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content strategies for web.
Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
Monitor web performance and adjust content as needed to improve engagement and reach.
Proficient in managing websites using WiX.
Volunteer Operations Manager - Mejiro - Key Responsibilities:
Oversee volunteer coordination for Yamathon at Mejiro Station.
Manage volunteer schedules and ensure efficient distribution of tasks during the event.
Communicate with volunteers to ensure they are informed and motivated.
Ensure all volunteers are briefed on their roles and the event's logistics.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.
Ensure a positive experience for volunteers, ensuring alignment with Yamathon’s values.
Finance Manager - Key Responsibilities: ( Japanese Required ・日本語必須 )
Manage and track Yamathon and IVG Japan’s finances, including team expenses and event costs.
Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure timely bill settlements.
Monitor budgets and ensure expenses stay within allocated limits.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions for the team.
Collaborate with the team to ensure proper financial planning for events.
Provide regular updates and reports on financial status to key stakeholders.
NPO Manager - Key Responsibilities:
Oversee relationships with NPO partners for Yamathon and IVG Japan.
Coordinate communication and collaboration between the team and NPOs.
Manage the integration of NPOs into event planning and execution.
Ensure NPOs are supported in promoting their causes and engaging with participants.
Monitor NPO performance and ensure alignment with Yamathon’s values and objectives.
Provide regular updates on NPO partnerships and initiatives to the team.
