Collection, Returns and Refunds Policy

All T-shirt orders must be collected in person at the 2026 Tokyo Yamathon during the designated collection hours. Shipping and collection after the event are not available.

When collecting your order, you will be asked to inspect the item and confirm that:

• The size and quantity match your order
• The correct item has been provided
• There is no visible damage or printing defect

If there is a problem, please tell our team before accepting the item. We will provide a replacement where stock is available. If we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Once you have inspected and accepted your order, the sale is final. We cannot accept later returns, refunds, or size exchanges.

Orders that are not collected at the event are not eligible for a refund.

Online pre-order price: ¥5,000
Event-day price: ¥5,500

Pre-order online to secure your T-shirt at the special ¥5,000 price. All pre-orders must be collected at the 2026 Tokyo Yamathon.

A limited number of T-shirts will also be available to purchase at the event for ¥5,500, subject to availability.
