🌍 Web Content & Website Design Director

Help build and manage the digital platforms behind IVG Japan and Tokyo Yamathon.

We’re looking for someone who can design and build a brand-new website for an upcoming pilot event, while also maintaining and improving the existing Yamathon website.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and launch a brand-new website for a new pilot event (using Wix)

• Manage, update, and maintain the Yamathon website

• Design page layouts, structure, and visual elements

• Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and visually consistent

• Optimize content and site structure for SEO and audience engagement

• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating websites from scratch as well as managing and evolving an existing one, and wants to contribute to a community-driven, impact-focused project.

🎨 Graphic Designer

Bring IVG-JAPAN’s mission to life through compelling visuals!

• Design promotional materials, branding assets, and social media content.

• Maintain consistency in design across platforms.

• Adapt visuals for print and digital formats.

📍 Volunteer Operations Manager – Mejiro / Osaki

Be the key point of coordination at one of Yamathon’s crucial locations!

• Oversee volunteer scheduling and logistics at JR Mejiro Station and JR Osaki Station.

• Ensure smooth operations and provide on-the-ground support during the event.

• Engage with volunteers to maintain a positive, motivated atmosphere.

💰 Finance Manager (Japanese Required・日本語必須)

Help IVG-JAPAN maintain financial stability and accountability!

• Track event expenses and team budgets.

• Process payments and issue invoices.

• Ensure financial planning aligns with organizational goals.
